The Registration Department is staffed Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. -5 p.m.

 

Registration is located inside the hospital's main entrance, on the East side of the building. If you are having any services rendered, please check-in at Registration first and bring your current insurance card and a photo id or driver’s license.
