His key responsibilities include managing the hospital foundation, strategizing and overseeing fundraising campaigns, leading grant writing efforts, and working closely with donors to cultivate charitable giving opportunities, including estate planning. Caleb will also collaborate with consultants on capital campaign fundraising and foundation development, aiming to achieve important funding goals for PCHS.
Equally important to his role will be engaging with the community. Caleb is eager to deepen relationships and forge new connections, ensuring that the foundation remains a trusted and impactful part of the community. "I believe no relationship is truly lost," he said. "It often just takes a willingness to listen and find a path forward."
Caleb and his wife, Lacey, have been married for 13 years and have four sons: Kayne (12), Liam (10), Eli (8), and Grayson (3). The family is actively involved in their children’s sports and activities, reflecting Caleb’s deep commitment to community and family.
