Phillips County Health System’s Senior Life Solutions Team Member Receives Therapist of the Year and Team Members are Recognized as Program Finalists

Phillips County Health Systems is pleased to announce that Cassie Seemann, LSCSW, Program Therapist for Phillips County Health Systems’ Senior Life Solution received the 2022 Therapist of the Year award. Ms. Seemann was selected as the top-performing therapist out of approximately 180 therapists across the country working in Senior Life Solution programs. Ashley Delaney, RN, Program Director; Cassie Seemann, LSCSW, Program Therapist; Claudette Graham, Office-Patient Coordinator; and Tara Overmiller, Program Administrator for Phillips County Health Systems, Senior Life Solutions program have also been recognized as 2022 Finalists for Program of the Year for the third consecutive year in a row.


Senior Life Solutions is managed by Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC), which partners with more than 100 facilities nationwide to provide behavioral healthcare management services. Top-performing employees and Senior Life Solutions programs from around the country are recognized annually based on their excellence in demonstrating the program's values of care, compliance, and community. Award recipients demonstrate outstanding patient care, excellent comprehension and execution of compliance regulations, and strong community engagement.

Therapist of the Year recipient, Cassie Seemann, LSCSW said. "I am extremely flattered and honored to have been recognized through this award. Phillips County Health Systems, Senior Life Solutions department is a program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes that are often associated with aging. Phillips County Health Systems’ Senior Life Solutions program staff includes a board-certified psychiatrist, a nurse practitioner, a licensed therapist, a registered nurse, and other trained professionals to ensure each patient receives the best possible care.

Families, friends, community members, physicians, self-referrals, or other health professionals can refer people to the program.

Transparency in Coverage Rule

The Department of Health and Human Services’, Transparency in Coverage Rule, requires health plans to create a member-facing price comparison tool and post publicly available machine-readable files. These files must be updated monthly and include in-network negotiated payment rates and historical out-of-network charges for covered items and services, including prescription drugs.  The purpose of this Rule is to help you know the cost of your healthcare before receiving the care.

No one will be denied access to service due to the inability to pay. All applications for sliding fee schedules and discounts will be accepted. Eligibility is determined by family size and income.
