Phillips County Health Systems is pleased to announce that the hospital’s Senior Life Solutions program has been recognized for the second time in two years as a finalist for the National Program of the Year award.
To date, there are over 100 Senior Life Solutions programs across 28 states nationwide. Top performing employees and programs are recognized annually based on their excellence in demonstrating the program’s values of care, compliance, and community. This year, only eight programs received this significant recognition of being named a finalist. Award recipients demonstrated outstanding patient care, excellent comprehension and execution of compliance regulations, and strong community engagement.
“It is truly an honor to be recognized as a national finalist for Program of the Year,” said Tracy Sanson, RN, Program Director. “My team and I work diligently to keep compliance on the forefront while providing competent, quality care for those in our community. The greatest honor is seeing the positive outcomes of patients as we support them through life-altering changes, and seeing them strengthened and empowered to navigate through these challenges.”
Program Administrator, Tara Overmiller, said “Phillips County Health Systems’ Senior Life Solutions is 1 of nearly 100 intensive outpatient programs in the country, and 1 of 9 programs that are being recognized this year for their performance, teamwork, and top-notch patient care. Cassie, Tracy, and Claudette continue to exceed expectations and strive hard to meet their program goal metrics each month.”
